Earth’s Ally Insect Control Concentrate gives home gardeners and plant parents the best defense against common pests using an effective blend of rosemary, clove and peppermint oils. The formula quickly knocks down spider mites, whiteflies, aphids, thrips, mealy bugs, leaf rollers and scale insects. Earth’s Ally Insect Control has been independently tested and proven safe for bees. This concentrated formula yields 5 gallons of product, or approximately 25 spray bottles, when mixed with water.
For best results, shake the bottle, dilute 3/4 cup concentrate in 1 gallon water and fully saturate the stems, leaves and undersides of the plant you are treating. Do not apply in temperatures over 90 degrees and for additional safety, avoid use when pollinators are active.
Earth’s ally insect control and repellent is listed as being for organic garden and kills and repels many bugs on plants. My vegetables garden and roses are always infected by aphid. It’s a constant battle with the bugs and I like to use my diy but nothing works. So now I turn to earth’s ally and hope that it works. I didn’t use much yet but I like that it is bee safe OMRI listed and also safe for people and animals.
My wife plants a lot of outdoor flowers in the spring and fights the small bugs all summer. The first time she used this spray, she was very happy with the results. Here in the Midwest we get a lot of spider mites and white flies on the leaves of the flowers. When we used this insect control, the results were fantastic. The bugs were falling to their death or flying away, both are a win. I am not sure how often we will need to spray but we will be paying close attention to the duration of effectiveness. The spray has a pleasant odor, similar to an Organic produce section.
